Victor 12 is actively hiring a Graphic Artist to support the Veterans Benefits Administration office of Human Capital Services. This position is contingent upon task order award. This position is virtual.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing web-based graphic design using various software systems to create interactive media for inclusion in web-based courseware and creative simulations for training applications.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining interactive user interfaces on websites. Uses a combination of vector graphic development and programming to create fully interactive media from high fidelity simulations to next generation websites, for use in computer-based or web-based courseware. Vector graphic development is used to recreate a graphic of an object intended to become interactive, and programming is used to create the graphic interactivity. May use various software products.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent plus 2 years of related experience
- Ability to perform the above duties satisfactorily
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to obtain a PIV Card which requires the successful completion of a background investigation, US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident
