Bedre Fine Chocolate - Sales Associate

Job Duties: Work with Customer Service Manager to assist in coordinating all client service activities with a focus on delivering the ultimate customer experience. Assist in creating positive client experiences, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. This individual spends almost all of their time in client-servicing activities to include growing the customer base.

• Be a brand ambassador by learning our Belgian Chocolate making heritage and our array of delicious products so you can expertly address customer questions and suggest the right products to fulfill their needs and create memories
• Assist in executing service activities, such as onboarding new clients, resolving service requests, maintaining client files/dashboards and handling day-to-day client requests.

• Assist in processing tasks and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with managing sales accounts as assigned
• Participate in weekly sales update meeting to review accounts.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal and external resource providers.
• Assist with Customer Service Manager and Accountant to fulfill client.

• Requests and resolve service-related issues and inquiries Answers and directs incoming phone calls on the primary phone line and forwards messages to the appropriate individual to ensure caller’s inquiries and needs are answered or resolved.
• Provide product and services information to customers and vendors to assist with the selection of products in an effort to increase sales and provide best possible service to ensure customers’ needs are met and callers are highly satisfied.
• Ensure order data on assigned clients is accurately and processed timely to avoid discrepancies and delays in order processing.
• Review and enter order data as needed.
• Create, review, and distribute customer invoices ensuring accuracy when required.
• Resolve customer inquiries or complaints, forwarding to appropriate individuals when necessary. Resolve customer billing issues or questions and act as a liaison between organization and its customers and suppliers.
• Maintains the company calendar by recording items such as group tours or special events. Ensure wholesale customers are set up with a client file and they contain the necessary or required information and documents.
• Perform all other duties assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
