Geotechnical Driller Assistant

EST Inc., a comprehensive engineering services company with offices in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and California is seeking one (1) Geotechnical Driller Assistant to add to our outstanding team of professionals in our Melissa, Texas Office. Salary: Based of qualifications and experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule daily.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class A CDL with air brakes (preferred but not required)

Applicable Certifications:

• Class A CDL

Specific Duties/Responsibilities include:

• Often requires working long hours while lifting heavy objects and staying on your feet
• Will be working outside and exposed to the elements
• Requires occasional travel and staying out of town
• Will be required to work nights and weekends if necessary
• Keep accurate field logs and collect soil/ rock samples
• Maintaining, cleaning, and repairing drill rigs and assigned vehicles
• General administrative duties such as submitting expense reports and time sheets
