Assertive Professionals is in search of a GEOINT Motion Imagery Standards Analyst to support our National Security Customer based out ofSpringfield, VA.

The salary for this position is $100,000 to $105,000, based on experience with a$1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus.

Responsibilities Include:

Identifyingstandards and gaps in standards coverage along each node and rest spot in the data flow of motion imagery. TheAnalyst shall also identify and champions solutions to gaps and shortfalls of GEOINT standards, provide focus to data production and R&D efforts, discover and leverage new sources of GEOINT, support development of GEOINT-enabling capabilities and interoperability across the NSG enterprise, review, comment and provide advice relative to concurrence or non-concurrence, coordinate documents review, staff, consolidate and edit submission, update tracking databases, analyze and recommend integration of new concepts with existing planning efforts, and modify and/or formalize new concepts, experiments, tests and demonstrations to ensure horizontal and vertical integration.

Assist in the development of alternatives, prototypes, evaluations, briefings and internal office work breakdown structures to support GEOINT Standards Division, provide input as requested to the Weekly Activity Report, and review and respond to a wide range of DoD and Intelligence Community planning documents.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI Security Clearance
  • Willingness to submit to a CounterIntelligence Polygraph
  • 8 years of total work experience (7/Associate, 6/Bachelors, 5/Masters, 4/Doctorate)
  • 6 years of specialized work experience (5/Associate, 4/Bachelors, 3/Masters, 2/Doctorate - For specialized experience, any academic degree substitution must match the career field of the required experience)
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with motion imagery (full motion video, wide area surveillance, persistent surveillance) standards development, implementation, and testing
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with general DoD use of GEOINT

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of acquisition pertaining to the ISR mission and organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GEOINT standards, emerging standards, standards organizations, and standards processes for approval
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the US Military to include expertise in future and emerging warfare systems relating to motion imagery
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with Defense Acquisition process
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NGA organization and mission, products and support
