We are hiring!!

AFPS is looking for general office assistant on a full-time basis. This person will provide general office assistance to all departments.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Answering incoming calls

· Filing/scanning documents

· Data entry in Sage Software

· Assisting coordinators with various administrative tasks

Required for this position:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team Player
  • Previous experience in an office setting and understanding of MS office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, quick to learn different aspects of different positions, attention to detail and able to be a team player to complete tasks.
  • Dependable, ability to multi-task, be a self-starter and organized
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
