To Be Successful, You Will Need

• Five years experience in similar capacities managing 15+ associates
• Bachelors degree is recommended

• You are well organized to maintain multiple budgets, schedules, and personnel
• You have a willingness to develop management skills in yourself and your team

An Ordinary Day Might Include

• Develop a plan for meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Review the costs accounts for different departments
• Approve and send out payroll
• Document team members progress and development through a performance review
• Interview potential team members
• Walk through the location and grounds, documenting where work is needed
