Our organization is looking for a General Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and landscaping. The successful candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot problems and make repairs in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs to buildings and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment.
- Inspect buildings and equipment for safety hazards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Order supplies and materials for maintenance activities.
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
