Gearbox Picker/Puller - 1st Shift Job at NORD Gear Corporation
Qualifications:
- Pull materials for the assembly teams and check work orders for accuracy.
- Visually inspect parts for quality.
- Pull finished product to paint and organize according to paint type and dates.
- Work related to maintaining 5S program (Housekeeping).
- Nema-Building, turning motor end bells, and other training in assembly as work requires.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.
- Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings program!
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: None required.
- Skills and Key Attributes: Forklift experience helpful. Good organizational and math skills. Familiarity with computers. Good communication skills. Self-motivated. Ability to work in a team environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move around for up 10-12 hours per day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
