Full Time Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist Job at Companion Animal Wellness Center
Companion Animal Wellness Center in Poulsbo is looking for an experienced individual to fill a full time combination Front Desk CSR & Veterinary Assistant position.
As a small clinic, all our staff are an important piece of the puzzle. Duties of the Veterinary Assistant position include helping with appointments and taking dictation, communicating with clients regarding care plans for patients, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and coordinating with room and front staff to ensure a smooth flow. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a veterinary clinic, strong communication and computer skills and a passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to clients and patients.
The Front Desk CSR duties involve handling multiple phone lines, multitasking with ease and engaging in friendly and caring interactions with our clients.
Our clinic is open Monday through Friday, no nights later than 6pm or weekends. We are a locally owned and operated two-DVM practice that welcomes everyone.
