Full-Time Temporary Receptionist Job at Keller North America, Inc.

Keller is looking for a Temporary Receptionist based out of our Chicago, IL location. This is a full-time, in person position, and is expected to last approximately 3-4 months.
Responsibilities:In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administrative tasks, including:
- Answering phones
- Greeting Customers
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars
- Order and dispense supplies
- Compose and type appropriate correspondence, letters, reports, projects, memos, etc.
- Deliveries and collections of materials - reports, mail, etc.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
- Assisting with travel arrangements for executives
- Scheduling meetings for executives
- Communicating maintenance issues/concerns to property management
- Previous experience performing the responsibilities detailed above preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
- A High school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
