Full-time Residential Leasing Agent Job at Enigma Properties
Growing property management company looking for an entry level leasing agent who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and enjoys meeting and talking to prospective residents. Company's portfolio consists of approximately 2,000 units in the greater Milwaukee area. Join our team that encourages bonding with fun events and supports a good work-life balance!
Responsibilities Include:
-Listing available apartments on multiple media platforms to generate leads
-Schedule is a 40-hour work week with some flexibility
-Managing incoming leads by responding to calls, voicemail, and emails regarding rental inquiries
-High level of problem-solving skills
-Scheduling and conducting personal showings for available units
-Reaching or exceeding monthly rental goals
-Conducting move in and move out appointments with residents
-Assisting in general building inspections and walk-throughs during off season
Compensation:
-Base salary depends on experience. Commission is based on units rented. Full benefits available after 90 days.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Ability to work nights and weekends
-Prior experience in property management or real estate is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person!
