POSITION LOCATION

LMCS Outpatient Clinics
Catoosa, Chattooga, and Walker County

GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES
Under general supervision, provides therapeutic services to adults, children/adolescents, and their families. Services
include provision of behavioral health assessments, crisis assessments, individual counseling, family and group counseling
or skills training. This could be in the area of Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health. Maintains clinical records in
compliance with all applicable policies and standards. Full Time, Part Time, Contract, and Tele-work available.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree and eligibility to be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and
Marriage and Family Therapists.

Preferred Qualifications: Licensed with three years post licensure work experience. Very good computer skills. LAPC’s,
LMSW’s or LAMFT’s will be considered.
