We are currently looking for motivated, high-energy, and competitive team players to join our growing Engineering & Industrial Technology Executive Recruiting team. This position will run a full desk, supporting major manufacturers throughout North America, and assisting in locating top talent. Experis provides comprehensive training and ongoing development to help your career progression.
Responsibilities:
- As an Executive Recruiter, you will build a network of talented professionals and develop new accounts by calling prospective clients and building relationships with senior-level managers across North America
- Execute proven recruitment strategies through networking, LinkedIn/social media, and other internal resources
- Generate new business through both virtual and in-person presentations with crucial client managers and senior executives
- Research, market, and effectively present ettain group services to new and existing clients
- Consult with current and prospective clients on effective recruitment strategies
- Guide candidates throughout the entire interview process, from the initial interview to their first day
Requirements:
- Exhibits excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to interact with and build relationships with individuals at all levels - peers, clients, and upper management
- Proven sales track record in Account Management and Business Development

Pay: $47,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
