Wander and Lust Jewelry is looking for a new jewelry maker and fulfillment specialist! Wander and Lust Jewelry was founded in 2014 by Ashley Bostwick in Orlando, FL. We hand make all of our jewelry in our studio, pack and ship it out worldwide. We sell our jewelry through our website as well as other online marketplaces.

For this position, you will help pack & ship orders, gift-wrap orders, assemble jewelry, and work with the Wander and Lust Team to ensure all orders are accurate and meet our quality standards. You will need high attention to detail as you will be performing quality control on all of our online orders before they go out.

This is a part-time (2 to possibly 3 days per week) position. The hours would range from 14-21 hours per week. The schedule will vary depending on the work load for that week (a set 2 days per week and adding in a 3rd day during the busy weeks). The ideal candidate needs to have great attention to detail, takes initiative, an appreciation for organization, and a desire to learn all while doing it with a positive attitude. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist manager with any daily tasks
• Make jewelry to help restock fulfillment room
• Pack and ship online orders accurately
• Gift-wrap orders
• Quality control
• Restock packing supplies
• Up-keep office (trash, recycling, coffee replenishment, light cleaning)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Ideal candidate will have an understanding for quality control and/or business operations and preferably have at least 1 year experience in an assistant role.

Willing to consider a candidate with 6 months experience if they posses all of the following skills:

- Proven attention to detail skills

- Can learn and retain information at a fast pace

- Hard-working

- Positive attitude

- General interest in small business and fashion

- Takes initiative in the workplace

Pay is based on skill level and experience. MUST be fully available during the November and December. If you are interested in this position, a cover letter is highly recommended.
