FT Assistant Manager Job at Daily Thread
Assistant Managers at Daily Thread play a vital part in the success of our company. They perform a diverse range of duties and are responsible for creating a positive, open and collaborative work environment. The Assistant Manager will work closely with our Store manager to ensure the smooth operations of Daily Thread store, including cash payments and credit card processing, as well as dealing with any issues that may arise. The Assistant Manager will also support the Daily Thread leadership team by managing special projects and acting as a liaison between the team and other team members in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Leadership/ Coaching
- Solve customer issues
- Solve employee problems
- Take care of emergencies
- Manage store team/self
- Perform basic cash handling functions.
