Front Office Team Memeber + Sign-on Bonus Job at Burton Family Dental PLLC
Burton Family is looking for an enthusiastic detailed oriented Front Office Team Member to join our growing team. We are a fast paced office with exceptional state of the art technology. If you are a highly motivated team player that can bring their skill set to help make patient care a #1 priority, you could be the perfect candidate for our office. Must be willing to learn and grow with our practice. Our purpose is to make patient care a #1 priority. We are committed to operating as a team. Patient education and prevention is a very crucial and important part of care provided in our office. We are currently using Eaglesoft Program. Sign-on Bonus will be given after 6 months, and benefits will begin after 90 days of orientation and evaluation period.
This is a full time position M-TH 8:30-6pm , Friday 9-1pm.
Pay will be determined by experience and qualifications that will be discussed during the interview process.
Duties include:
· Greeting patients
· Assign any paperwork needing to be filled out via IPAD
· Knowledge of Dental Terminology and Billing Codes
· Answering Phones
· Scheduling Appts
· Verifying Insurances
· Maintaining Front lobby appearance and patient restrooms and keeping items stocked
· Recall
· Present Treatment Plans
Supplemental pay types:
- Quarterly Bonuses
- Sign On Bonus
Experience:
- Front Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR certification (Preferred but not required)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
