The Homestead Assisted Living Community is looking for a kind, professional concierge to join our team. As the concierge, you’re primarily responsible for answering and directing incoming calls in a courteous manner and providing information and assistance to residents, staff, and guests.
Our ideal candidate would possess:
- 1-2 years in a customer-facing service role (required)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the community entry area; extend a warm welcome to all residents, guests, and vendors.
- Contact the Sales Director or Executive Director to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors
- Greet potential job candidates; ensure necessary information is collected to begin recruitment process
- Answer and direct all incoming calls to appropriate department employees. Ensure a complete message is taken when necessary and delivered to intended recipient
- Distribute packages and mail to residents.
- Assist guests and visitors with the completion of sign-in procedures
