Stratton Amenities is interviewing for the Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge position in our new luxury high-rise apartment in Baltimore, MD. We are a full-service concierge solution providing luxury, hotel-style front desk concierge services. Our mission is to create the most hospitable experience for our associates, residents and clients. To achieve this, we are seeking out individuals with a thorough understanding of service excellence and hospitality.

Qualifications:

∙ Experience in hotel, hospitality, upscale guest/customer service, or concierge is preferred

∙ Enjoy interacting with residents

∙ Professional, friendly demeanor and strong attention to detail

∙ Professional communication skills over the phone, via email, and in person

∙ Ability to read and adapt to the residents’ personalities, acting according to their preferences

∙ Excellent resident recovery skills

∙ Ability to handle stressful client interactions in a positive and pleasant manner

∙ Self-sufficient, highly organized, ability to multi-task and follow through

∙ Comfortable with Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:

∙ Busy front desk with extensive guest interaction and telephone usage

∙ Written and verbal communication is necessary for interacting with residents and guests

∙ Potential for lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds

Resident Satisfaction / Recovery:

∙ Establish a great relationship with residents

∙ Be able to listen to resident concerns and take the appropriate steps

∙ Resolve and/or escalate any service gaps

∙ Make manager aware of resident comments/complaints/issues

∙ Complete and update daily and weekly reporting
