Front Desk Receptionist Job at Nashville Dentures & Implants
Nashvilles premier dental implant surgery clinic in an easy to access location. Exceptional dental team seeking outstanding front desk receptionist. Must be highly efficient and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a high volume clinic including phone calls, patients check in/out, insurance verification, financing verification, scheduling, etc. Candidates must be personable and bring energy and joy to the workplace to delight our patients every day. Experience with insurance claims and processing is a must. Excellent pay, bonuses and hours. Highly qualified candidates with experience preferred. Excellent bonus pay.
Responsibilities
- Get patients to come into the office, and warmly connect with them during any time spent in the reception area
- Provide a good “First Impression” for patients both over the phone and in person
- Help ensure office success by getting patients into the office through excellent telephone skills
- Take insurance info, verify insurance benefits, and submit insurance claims
- Schedule appointments and track/reschedule broken appointments
- Answer telephones in a thorough and timely manner
- Perform tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and within specified periods
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Outgoing and Energetic personality preferred
- Experience in a dental office preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
