the shift is from 8:30-5 (Monday to Friday) for this position. We are looking for someone who is good on the phone and checking customers. You need to be personable and friendly. You will be revising invoices, running credit cards, printing fedex labels, filing, separating papers, Bill of Ladings, inventory reports, keeping track of office inventory and placing those orders, etc. You need basic skills with Microsoft excel and typing. We use quickbooks so any knowledge with this program is nice to have. We are looking to hire someone for this position now and want someone who is looking for a long term/full time job.
