Duties:
- Answer multi-line telephone and routine to appropriate extensions
- Schedule and document appointments in computer-based scheduling system
- Check clients in and out of appointments and notify staff of client arrival
- Assist with faxing prescriptions to pharmacies
- Make copies to maintain inventory of necessary forms such as intake packets

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two years of related office experience
- Knowledge of medical office procedures
- Organized, professional demeanor
- Ability to function in a fast paced, quick response, multi-task environment.
- Basic computer knowledge, (Appointments Pro software a plus)
- Typing Speed of 40 wpm
- Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
Education:
- High School Diploma
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish-English
