Dr. David Halls and his team are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, professional, and reliable person to work mornings in their front office. You will be working with an appreciative doctor and a fun team in coordinating modern, excellent care for our patients. We are looking for someone long-term that always has a smile on their face and is reliable. Previous dental experience is preferred but we will train the right person for the position. Duties:
Anticipate arrival of new patients and greet them by name
- Complete dental benefits claims and track for payment
- Be very comfortable discussing financial issues with patients
- Handle accounts receivable and billing statements
- Maintain strong relationships with patients, increasing loyalty and referrals to our practice
- Patient Recall
- Verify Insurance benefits
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Present treatment plans
- Accept payments
- Checking patients in and out
- Receive and input patient paperwork into computer
- Perform any other related duties as required
Experience is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time 7:30am-1pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and occasionally on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
