Provide quality guest services consistently and professionally, while performing necessary duties of welcoming and housing guests in the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests. Sort and rack incoming mail and
messages - Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, shopping, dining, and travel directions.
- Keep records of room availability and guest accounts, manually or by computer.
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make changes accurately for the guests
Post charges to guests' bills. - Make and confirm room reservations for guests
- Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding customer service standards
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
- High school Diploma or GED required
- Professional,personable manner, able to perform various duties at once
- Must have data entry (computer) skills and excellent communication skills
