Front Desk Attendant/Night Auditor Job at Americas Best Value inn
We are currently looking to hire on 1 person for a part time position of 4 days per week.
The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for the majority for the customer facing aspects of the Hotel including but not limited to:
- Making reservations.
- Checking guests into their rooms.
- Answering the phone to assist guests or outside callers.
- Security checks inside and outside the property.
- Responding to potential guest complaints.
- Light cleaning/ organizing of of the lobby, front desk, common areas, ect.
- Removal of snow & ice on walkways around the building.
