We are Jason & Allison Bowman, a husband and wife team bringing years of experience in hospitality and finance to our new entrepreneurial endeavor with The NOW. We have a natural passion for the fitness and wellness industry as we consider ourselves everyday athletes.
The NOW has embarked on a national franchise expansion, giving us the opportunity to open our first Chicago location in the vibrant neighborhood of Lincoln Park. We are honored to bring the thoughtfully crafted menu with customizable enhancements, healing products and singular design to serve as an oasis from today's fast paced digital society to the Chicago market. Our goal is to offer high-quality, affordable massage services in an inspired setting reminiscent of a beachside oasis.
Job Summary:
The Experience Guide is responsible for the reception area and overall seamless daily operations of facility. Includes, but not limited to, the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding services and products, booking appointments, educating guests on memberships and products, checking guests in/out, and customizing the guest’s massage.
