SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western The Villages Lady Lake, FL 32159
We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who will welcome and love our guests as much as we do. This person should have some customer service or hotel experience and have a positive and energetic attitude. This position is for the 3-11 shift 4-5 days per week per week. Experience on the Autoclerk reservation system is a plus, but must at least be proficient on the computer. Weekends and holidays are required. Must be reliable, honest, dependable. Ability to work well and collaborate with others. Must be able to stand for an extended period of time. Offer guests assistance whenever possible and responsible for resolving escalated customer relations issues. Must respond to/follow-up on all guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotel's services and accommodations.
