Front Desk Assistant - Patient Services Job at Gateway Chiropractic
We are searching for a new team member to join our growing, upbeat Chiropractic office in Sunset Hills, Missouri.
Do you enjoy interacting with many people on a daily basis in a warm caring environment? Our team is looking for a high-energy, organized person to help support our front desk coordinator. 70% of this role is spent on patient experience. This includes greeting patients, helping them with therapies, patient education and more. Clerical work will be delegated on an as needed basis. Those tasks may include but are not limited to, answering the phone, scheduling, cleaning, helping with in-office workshops and events and filing.
An ideal candidate has an ability to learn quickly, think critically and wants a position that values their professional growth! The ability to work well with a team and contribute to the overall growth of the company is essential to be successful in this role. Because the responsibilities of the job can vary greatly we are looking for a strong multitasker who can manage time and meet deadlines.
Qualifications: High school graduate (some continued education preferred). Applicants will be subject to a background check and personality assessment exam.
Job Type: Part-time: 15-25 hours weekly. Scheduled hours can range from 8:30a-6:30p Monday - Thursday depending on the needs of the business.
90% of this role is active and standing. It also includes bending and lifting up to 30lbs.
Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
