IMMEDIATE HIRE NEEDS – Frac Water Treatment Operator

Enviroklean Product Development (EPD) is searching for a Frac Fluid Treatment Operator (Class A CDL with Hazmat a plus) who can handle the dynamic requirements of fluid treatment and needs of a fast-growing, privately-held specialty chemical business.

We desire this job candidate to reside within 50 miles of Midland/Odessa, Texas or Malaga, New Mexico but it is not required.

Primary Duties – What You Will Be Doing at Enviroklean!

This position will primarily be responsible for chemical treatment of both fresh and produced fluids in advance of being utilized for frac purposes. You will be the face of Enviroklean on the frac site and require minor equipment troubleshooting / maintenance in our frac treatment trailer, ability to perform water analysis to confirm treatment efficacy, and data reporting requirements.

Additional duties include:

• Ability to learn and understand chemical treatment of fluids.
• Perform routine water lab analysis such as HACH, ATP and bug bottles.
• Monitor fluid performance and apply treatment changes to achieve customer’s desired outcomes.
• Preserve regular communication with Supervisors and Account Managers in order to report field problems, safety hazards, and/or chemical refills.
• Maintain in-depth data reporting sheets, usage summaries and lab result analysis.
• Maintain and troubleshoot field equipment that supports our chemical treatment programs that includes tasks such as performing preventative maintenance on pumps, properly labeling tanks and managing customer requirements onsite.
• Capable of utilizing a tablet for e-ticketing via our field software system for all chemical refills and service visits.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, guidelines and procedures that include but not limited to always wearing appropriate PPE/safety gear while out in the field, staying current on safety techniques and being proactive to improve driving and field skills and recognizing and avoiding safety hazards.
• Keep equipment, tools and property in good order and utilizing only for customer use that includes field equipment/tools, computers, tablets and trucks.

Minimum Requirements – What We Are Looking For!

• Previous background in water treatment and lab analysis testing.
• (PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED) Class A Commercial Driver’s License in good standing with the Department of Transportation and either have or be willing to obtain a Hazardous Material Endorsements within 30-days of employment.
• Ability to lift/carry over 50 pounds chest high and pass a pre-employment drug test and physical exam.
• (HUGE PLUS) Previous experience in the oilfield and understanding fluid treatment, lab analysis and chemical properties.
• Wiling to work for an extended period (14 days) and have one week off.
