VIP Staffing - South Dallas is looking for Forklift Operator/ Stand-Up Reach Operators in Arlington with experience working in a cold storage location. These will be temp-to-hire long-term opportunities. Resume and interview required. Must have experience working in a freezer location.
Shift
- 3rd shift (10pm-6am)
Pay
- $18
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving
- Inspecting, and relocating raw materials upon receipt
- Pulling and delivering raw materials to production personnel
- Relocating finished goods to warehouse racks
- Picking, staging and inspecting outbound loads and loading trailers.
- Duties may also include performing raw material returns
- Inspecting incoming trailers
- Ensure trailer integrity and temperature meets requirements
- Cleaning and sanitizing the work area
- Documenting all transactions to ensure inventory accuracy
- Frequent work in the freezer for up to several hours at a time
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively train others.
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Strong focus on Safety
- Good understanding of plant quality requirements
- Good working knowledge of GMPs
- Lock Out / Tag Out certification
- Good attendance and work history
