DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES*:

We are looking for a competent Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at our construction project in Thornton. You must be well-organized, as the point of reference for workers and supervisors; reporting daily to the Superintendent and Project Manager.

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS*:

• Construction industry knowledge and skills

• Roofing and Siding experience & familiarity with Industry Installation Standards

• Primary tools to complete work – specialized tools provided by employer

• Ability to read, understand and organize instructions, written schedules, work orders and related documents

• Holds self and others accountable to meet and exceed commitments

• OSHA 10 Certified

• Valid driver license ( MVR check by employer ) / Reliable Transportation REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or GE

Compensation $25 - $30/hr DOE
