Details on the position:
Under the general supervision of the Food Service Manager, this position is responsible for instructing and supervising Inmate workers in the production of meal items required to meet the daily needs of Jackson Correctional Institution. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout Food Service and for accurate loading of Unit meal delivery carts while following security guidelines.
