St. Barnabas is hiring multiple shifts for FSAs!

Essential Duties as Food Service Assistant (FSA):

• Serve prepared food during food service to resident dining room & work staff dining room
• Stocking of satellite kitchens
• Bussing and washing of dishes
• Setting up trays and dining room tables
• Cleaning of all work areas assigned by Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Cook
• Record breakfast, lunch, and dinner food temperatures
• Record dish wash machine and rinse temperatures
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications as Food Service Assistant (FSA):

• Must be able to stand for long periods and walk short distances
• Must be able to stoop and kneel depending on the job
• Must be able to reach and lift kitchen equipment
• Must be able to lift up to 85 lbs.

Education and Experience:

• Previous food service experience helpful but not required (Training will be provided)
