Food Runner
Core Functions:
Provides friendly courteous service to guests and delivery drivers. Accurately reads guest tickets and runs food to tables, ensures satisfaction upon delivery and provides guests with additional requested items. Ensures all Togo orders are packaged correctly.
- Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicates guest requests if unable to attend to the request.
- Communicates with kitchen staff to relay timing to servers and managers.
- Flexible and willing to assist where needed.
- Prepare and stock sauces and condiments for service
