Food Service Manager Responsibilities:
Food Service Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction, ensure speed of service with attention to detail
· Prepare food and dispensed beverage products for daily service during fast paced rush periods
· Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance at all times
· Be able to manage a team of 3 or more team members
· Accurately count, stock, order inventory and manage food cost to support store profitability
Requirements: One years of management in a fast paced restaurant environment High School Diploma or GED Excellent guest service skills are a must Be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays Willing and able to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
