Job Summary

The FMLA Administrative & Reporting Assistant will directly support our FMLA Operations Vice president and support key management leaders. This role will also manage departmental projects and reporting. This individual will report to our FMLA Operations Vice President and have strong attention to detail, customer service experience, commitment to quality, and be comfortable working in a structured fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to both the FMLA Operational leaders
  • Perform data entry in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft One Note, and other computer applications
  • Establish, maintain and report out on department’s progress in a variety of frequencies
  • Provide support for meetings including but not limited to coordinating, scheduling, creating correspondence, drafting agendas, preparing presentations, and organizing materials
  • Act as back up for FMLA CE Workforce Analyst including but not limited to overseeing the daily call center activity, evaluating performance reports, coordinating new hire onboarding with HR
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with multiple team members
  • Maintain a positive work environment that supports high performing teams within the FMLA department

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Experience supporting executive level individuals preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, One Note, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Stable Work History Required
