Structall Building Systems is an industry leader in SIP’s (Structural Insulated Panels) who has been in business for over 30 years. We are growing and expanding our operations. We are looking for a dependable, self-starter that can manage a team of employees and provide on-site safety presence. This position will report to the Facility Manager in Lakeland, Fl.
The Floor Lead will be responsible for:
· Supervising dock loaders, order selectors and wrappers (12-17 employees)
· Checking the accuracy of the orders by verifying and cross-referencing packaged product against the shipping labels
· Making sure all employees are following safety protocols
· Ensure all operations are running on a timely schedule
· End of shift audits- dock floor, extrusion rack aisles, future panel shipments
· We are offering a competitive salary and benefits package
· Applicants must be able to pass a drug screen
Hourly Rate of $16-$18 per hour, contingent upon experience

- Monday through Friday, 1st Shift; Saturday during season
