Fine Dining Server Job at z_purge_The Iconic Collection
We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, and passionate Fine Dining Server with incredibly high standards, to join the Iconic Collection team.
The Iconic Collection consists of big name restaurants throughout Downtown Detroit such as Parc, Anchor Bar, Fountain Detroit, and Cadillac Lodge. We also have 220 Merrill and Rose Room in Birmingham. We are excited about the opportunity of you possibly joining our Iconic team.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Plan and present menus and drink lists
- Execute full dinner and wine service
- Know the steps of service
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Maintain side work throughout all parts of your shift.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a fine dining server
- Excellent knowledge of wine, alcohol, and menu items
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- ServSafe Food Handlers certificate
- 5+ years experience in Fine Dining
