West Woods of Bridgman is seeking a highly motivated Business Office /Financial Services Manager.

The purpose of this position is to provide facility financial services functions and an effective system to gather resident information before and upon admission to assure proper placement of the resident. Financial components include Medicaid applications, payer verifications, private patient account collections, vendor invoice coding, and point click care financial information accuracy.

Position Details:

· Full Time (40 Hours / week)

Qualifications:

• Great customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in long-term care / skilled nursing facility or health care.
