We're hiring Full-Time Financial Counselor I to join Phoebe Ministries at our Wernersville Campus
General Responsibilities
Completes financial asset updates for all current residents within the specified timeframes for that environment and maintains current financial records. Monitors residents that are benevolent pending; assists residents with the transition to benevolent care per the policy. Processes monthly resident statements and responds to all inquiries related to the billing statement’s & charges. Submits billing to long term care insurance companies as needed.
Requirements
- Degree or some course work in Business Administration or related course of study preferred
- Minimum one (1) year experience in related positions required.
