Job Summary
This position will serve as a Financial Assistant for the ACES Business Office. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: preparing a variety of financial documents including, vendor vouchers, travel vouchers, collection reports, requisitions, and purchasing card reconciliations; entering data monthly to update a number of tracking spreadsheets and reviewing data entered for accuracy and completeness; maintaining the schedule of the two ACES State vehicles as the primary contact for approving vehicle appointment request within the Outlook Calendar; serving in a receptionist role and as the first point of contact for ACES employees and advising employees on standard policies and procedures; monitoring financial activities and communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and others to address any concerns or necessary corrections; and assisting on mail rotation. The Financial Assistant will also perform a variety of financial and administrative support functions to include, but not limited to: the ordering of materials and supplies and mailing out of the same, making travel arrangements, coordinating and scheduling conference calls and face-to-face meetings, and assembling documents.

Essential Functions
Knowledge and skills of general office operations, as well as, Microsoft Office products, such as Excel and Word are required. The successful candidate should have excellent bookkeeping and accounting skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also required. Excellent interpersonal communications and organizational skills are required.
