Financial Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in the Galleria area of Houston, TX. We are seeking skilled, motivated individuals to join our organization.

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysts partner with operational leadership to develop best practices that will drive restaurant revenue and optimize profitability
- Take part in Regional, General Manager and Culinary Manager Meetings providing analysis that recognizes both successes and opportunities. Highlight emerging trends and their impact so action is prioritized appropriately
- Conduct a variety of complex analyses and resolution of cost issues based on current industry standards
- Participate in the development and maintenance of performance metrics, measurements, methods and targets, and assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities
- Proactively identify discrepancies in data, determine cause and communicate questions / adjustments to appropriate departments
- Initiate follow-up and planning phone meetings with Senior Restaurant Management and General Managers to analyze prior week's / prior month’s performance and discuss expectations for the next period
- Assist Senior Analyst and Concept COO in creating Budgets and Business Plan targets and New Restaurant Pre-Opening budgets
Requirements:
- Two to four years progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Entry level candidates will be considered for this role with a finance related degree
- Requires ability to be an insightful business advisor to all levels of management, from operations managers to senior field executives
- Excellent written and communications skills with strict attention to detail
- Proficient on all MS Office products, especially Excel
- Ability to work quickly and accurately while adhering to tight deadlines
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
