What You Will Be Doing The Finance Director will report directly to the VP of Finance and partner internally with the operational, sales, and product teams along with cross entity stakeholders to deliver financial and analytical solutions. This position will oversee financial operations including financial reporting, compensation payables reporting, forecasting, accounting inputs, and analysis.

· Create clear financial reporting on the subscriber base and requested business metrics including sales, churn, revenue and expense, and customer insight using AWS Quicksight, Excel and other reporting tools· Oversee weekly and monthly reporting requirements including but not limited to, weekly compensation reports, inventory reporting, month end financial package, cash forecast, ad-hoc analysis, and tax reporting· Build proforma business cases as new revenue opportunities are presented along with assisting in the evaluation of business strategies through financial modeling · Perform accounting duties including but not limited to, month end closing entries, bank reconciliations, cash flow management, AP/AR entries and analysis· Work with our external accounting firm to deliver clear and accurate accounting requirements along with our regulatory vendors to ensure timely filings · Develop relationships with our contracted sales force to ensure financial support and needs are met.

How You Qualify

· Bachelors degree in a business related field· MBA, CPA or advanced business degree/certification preferred· 8+ years of total finance and accounting experience with 3+ years in a similar managerial role· Experience in the telecom industry preferred· Proficiency in Excel and AWS Quicksight (or other reporting platforms)· Great communication and interpersonal skills
