Crack Open the Possibilities – Fill Room Operator!

Shift: Monday-Friday 5:45 AM-2:30 PM-includes work environment clean up.

$15.50 entry level per hour/no experience, training included

Training Period is 30 days

This position is based out of Arlington, Az., 40 minutes West of Phoenix, Az. A fill room operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring the continuous flow of equipment that packages liquid eggs. You will be working in a fast paced environment while following all GMP’s set in place for fill room production. There may be some instances where Managers may ask for additional tasks to be performed outside of the normal job responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Learn to assemble all connections for production and CIP’s
• Set up packaging materials for production
• Stack boxes of finished product onto pallets
• Pull completed pallets and scan into cooler
• Complete all production paperwork
• Recognize standards for all categories of egg quality

Qualifications and Skills

• Capable of being on your feet 8-12 hours a shift
• Ability to become pallet jack certified
• Ability to train in chemical safety
• Effectively communicate
• Awareness of surroundings
• Ability to lift and stack 30-40 lbs throughout a 8-12 hour shift
• Standing, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, crouching, push/pull, reach above shoulders a great amount of time and hand/finger dexterity required
• Able to work with Personal Protective Equipment
