FIELD SERVICE INSTALLATION FOREMAN

Industrial Works is a custom fabricating facility with a focus on equipment and process piping for the food and dairy industry. We are hiring Field Service Installation Foreman.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide crew members throughout the installation project
• Ensure crew is following company policies and procedures
• Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards immediately
• Work with Project Manager to study, interpret, and apply blueprints to projects
• Responsible to coach, mentor, and train the team you work with (especially new hires)
• Fill out all required paperwork
• Inspect job site/project before leaving to ensure completion, quality, cleanliness, and complete customer satisfaction.
• Determine daily work schedules to ensure the project is completed within the timeline
• Attend meetings in order to discuss the direction and development of projects
• Take pride in your accomplishments and complete your work with integrity

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience in a construction environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, kneel, squat and climb as job situations require
• Good driving record
• Great Attitude
• Ability to work and lead the team in a safe manner following guidelines
• Rotating on call schedule
• Welding/Fabrication
• Traveling

Experience:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints: 1 year (required)
• Reading P&ID drawings: 1-2 years (required)
• Construction Supervision: 4 years (preferred)
• Excel, word and outlook

Industrial Works (ISI, Inc) provides custom platforms, conveyors, and process piping, along with setting of equipment and installation for a variety of companies involved in the food and dairy processing business. We build and assemble products in our shop in Green Bay and deliver and install complete assemblies on the customers sites, requiring out of town work. We pride ourselves on providing quality products fulfilling the unique requirements of each of our customers.
