Field RN - Per Diem Job at Elite Home Health Care
A licensed Home Care Agency in the Rochester / Buffalo Region is looking for a passionate dedicated RN to help assist with Client Care. We work within the community to provide quality Home Care for individuals in need. Our team is made up of dedicated hard working & Caring professionals and we are looking to add an RN that meets these high standards. We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible and most compassionate care!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must hold valid NYS RN License
- Home Care Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate, Caring & understanding
- Drivers license & vehicle
- Bilingual Preferred
Primary Functions
- Provide initial and Bi-Annual nursing assessments on all Clients, following the guidelines set forth by the DOH
- Participate in audits by Agency and/or regulatory bodies
- Ability to create a Plan of Care (POC) that will fit the members needs.
- Provide Orientation and In-Service Educational classes for our HHA /PCA’s as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
