In this role you will ensure 100% customer satisfaction while overseeing the customer installation process. Our products include impact windows, doors, roofing, bath, and kitchen design.

Responsibilities:
Function in a customer-facing role to support customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide creative solutions ensuring 100% customer satisfaction- Monitor installation of jobs to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Coordinates installation material delivery and pickup
- Performs pre and post inspection of job site
- Collect final documents and payments upon job completion
- Recruit installers as needed to support growth
- Complete services where necessary
- Recommends concepts to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality
- Represents FHIA in project meetings and attends strategy sessions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Field management or supervisory position
- Must have large personal vehicle for daily use
- Construction experience preferred
- Bilingual is preferred (English and Spanish)
- Must be computer savvy
- Good organizational, social, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
- $55,000 to $65,000 per year based on experience and skills
