Job Description for Construction Management Development Program
Spartan Companies is looking for bright, driven college graduates to join our accelerated Field Engineer Development Program in the Oil and Gas Industry. The goal of this management training program is to develop future leaders to help fuel Spartan’s growth.
In this development program, you will learn how to:
Champion our safety culture
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Understand our field-based operations
Estimating
Purchasing
Incorporate policy and procedure
Manage and train crews
Key Responsibilities and Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Engineering, Construction Management or Business Management.
· Desire to pursue career in the oil and gas industry
· Possess excellent leadership skills
· Strong technical aptitude
· Working knowledge and understanding of business concepts and industry trends
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn new systems
· Demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision
