Job Description
As a Crew Supervisor with the general guidance from functional management and in accordance with the organization goals, values and norms, provides direction on activities, behaviors and performance, and motivates team members. Monitors team budget and resource allocations to ensure proper use of assets; achieving profitability, productivity, and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and train, Energy Technicians

Assure work is completed correctly, approve hours worked and time off requests.

Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.

Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions.

Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements.

Provide input and status updates to program management and staff.

Troubleshoot technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications

Travel throughout a defined territory
Education and Experience:
-
3-5 years relevant industry technical certification/training preferred

High School Graduate
-
Must be BPI certified
-
Electrical or Plumbing experience preferred
