Parker Tractor Company, A FEDEX Customer Service Provider located in Humboldt, TN is now hiring Full-Time and Part-Time FedEx Delivery Drivers. Drivers will be operating out of the FedEx Terminal in Humboldt, TN, and will be making deliveries to areas South of Jackson around Parsons, Selmer, and Savanna. Our drivers will be operating a walk-through van or a 16’ box truck provided by the employer.

CDL License is NOT required!!

Terminal Address: 7 American Woodmark Dr. Humboldt, TN 38343

Days: Thursday - Monday schedule

Hours: 7 AM-5 PM or 8 AM-6 PM (training hours may vary)

Requirements:

• 1 year of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 3 years OR 5 years job-related driving in the last 10 years. Uber, DoorDash, Postmates, and other app driving count toward this requirement.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Physical (Paid for by FedEx)
• No felonies / violent misdemeanors or drug-related misdemeanors in the last 10 years.
• Physically able to manage packages of 75 pounds or more
• Must work well independently and be good at problem-solving
• Must be good with technology / learn easily

Responsibilities:

• Arrive at Humboldt FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
• Loading and Unloading packages from the truck
• Delivering packages to the destinations
• Scanning and Logging Packages

• Performance-based pay beginning at $12 an hour plus bonuses
• Average driver makes $24,000-$36,000 plus bonuses
• Training pay $450/ week.
