There are clinic locations currently in New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, and Wimberley, with more clinics coming soon. Pak Medical Group also proudly serves several senior living communities through the House Call Program.

We are searching for extraordinary team members who will deliver compassionate medical care to our patient population. The advanced practice provider will be responsible for the care of their patients, preventative medicine, considerate communication, and teamwork. The group excels in a team approach with opportunities for growth. We have many physicians available to collaborate with to enhance patient care.

Leveraging our intimate care model, we can develop and execute a care plan designed specifically for each individual patient. Patient care and clinical outcomes are our top priority. We give our clinicians the tools to reach patient care goals, such as scribes, the same team each day, and a limited clinician administrative footprint. Advanced Practice Provider Responsibilities

· Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.

· Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment.

· Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.

· Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity.

· Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions.

Advanced Practice Provider Skills

· Master’s Degree in Nursing

· 5+ years’ nursing experience

· Valid nurse practitioner license

· Ability to work within a team and take direction

· Must be familiar with the EHR medical charting system

· Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
